Focusing on the word "Healthy" and ask, what does it mean to be "healthy?"
I ask because I'm not sure there is a good consensus on what this really means. We've had a reduction in the past 120 days of 25-30 people through lay-offs and performance target terminations and yet many view this as being unhealthy.
Business volumes are down industry wide, over 300 mortgage companies have closed in the past year, yet it is viewed as "scary" that Alethes is cutting back.
Me, I'm afraid we didn't do the cut backs soon enough.
