March 21, 2009: more than ever, while our Vision has changed, it is time to stick to our Mission and our Values.
Our corporate workforce has been reduced by 75% over the past year as has our loan volumes, yet our mission of glorifying God has not. God knows that my intent has always been to glorify him, yet much of our behavior has not led back to the right agendas and motives.
There have been a lot of mistakes made in this fast changing environment and my biggest was been in trusting without the accountability.
As we regroup, that will be part of what's especially tough; real trust.
